Coca-Cola Beverages Zambia requires the services of a Store-man reporting into the Raw Materials Controller. To manage and control inventory so that customers receive the right quantity and quality of raw materials at the right time. The Role will be responsible for Materials Management Module at Country Level, to monitor inventory levels regularly for optimisation and obsolescence risk and shall assume the responsibility for all related Material Master Data.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Completes applicable documentation and reports accurately.

• Receiving and dispatching of goods is performed according to Company Policies and Processes
• Goods receipts (GRN) are processed accurately and immediately, (24 hours Max)
• Receiving areas are secure and access is restricted
• Housekeeping and 5s principles are enforced
• Non-conforming goods/services are effectively managed in order to ensure internal customer service levels are exceeded and Vendor relations are maintained
• Agile in thinking and nimble in decision making
• Adept at discerning and balancing the most important priorities
• Thrives in ambiguity and effectively applies sound intuition/judgment.

Skills, Experience & Education

• Grade 12, O level with 5 credits or better.
• Diploma in a relevant area of study such as stores & Inventory management
• 2-3 years in a technical inventory, Storeman experience
• Resilience and high stress tolerance
• Excellent communication skills
• Team player & starter
